Priscilla Manriquez, our Communications Intern since 2021, has recently graduated with a degree in Communications.
Throughout her time at HTQL, Priscilla has been instrumental in managing our lab’s social media and marketing efforts.
Her work has spotlighted our research initiatives and celebrated significant achievements within our team.

NEW AREAS UNLOCKED THANKS TO PRISCILLA’S EFFORT
Over the past year, HTQL has significantly expanded our social media presence, laying a strong foundation for future growth.


Working closely with Malini Nair, Jasmine Bui, Lara Balian, and Natalia Rodriguez, she researched, planned, and implemented a targeted marketing plan to enhance awareness among underrepresented communities.
This initiative has been pivotal in increasing online community engagement and growth through innovative and engaging social media campaigns.
BEYOND WORK AT HTQL, HER ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS ARE WORTH CELEBRATING
Before transferring to Purdue University, Priscilla distinguished herself by being awarded the prestigious Scholarship for Women in Business at Calvin University. Also, the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship, which allowed her to study abroad at Yonsei University in South Korea.
At Purdue, she has continued to excel as a 21st Century Scholar, reflecting her dedication and exceptional abilities.
CONTINUING HER PASSION FOR COMMUNICATIONs
Beyond her Bachelors degree, Priscilla’s journey is set to take her to Southern California, where she will begin an internship at Esri.
Concurrently, she will be completing her master’s degree in communication online through Purdue, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
